Swisscom Community Rules
Dear community member
Your contributions are important to us. So that they resonate, we cultivate constructive communication. This is why, within the Swisscom community, we apply the following principles:
- Address everyone on familiar terms.
- Always do research beforehand: before asking a question, check that the answer has not already been given.
- Be precise: describe your request in as much detail as possible. Indicates device type, measurements, connections, error messages, etc.
- Accept solutions: When you receive a response to your request, mark it as a solution.
- Protect your data: your contributions are public. So avoid providing personal information.
- Show respect: Address others as you would like to be spoken to. Provocations and insults are not tolerated.
- Disparaging, defamatory, racist, pornographic and similar contributions are prohibited.
- Links to other websites are permitted, or even desired, but only if they are related to Swisscom or the topics covered by the latter.
- In the event of non-compliance with the rules, Swisscom reserves the right to shorten or delete contributions without further notice. Moderators decide on their own the sanctions to be applied in the event of infractions (from warning to permanent blocking).
Have you noticed a contribution that goes against the rules? In this case, use the reporting function directly on the contribution in question.
If in doubt, you can contact the moderators by private message.
