Landline: I can't hear my interlocutor

For a couple of days I have been receiving and making phone calls on my landline, but I can’t hear my interlocutor. I changed my phone, but it doesn’t change. But the others hear my voice.

There are works in my street, Via Corte in Pregassona. Could it be that?

Has the problem with your landline been resolved? If this is not the case, have you tried resetting the internet router?

I had the same problem in mid-March. But I wasn’t at home and I couldn’t do anything. The problem solved itself “by itself”.

On Sunday the problem repeated itself. I immediately had the computer reboot the router. Once restarted everything worked fine.

I think it’s a software problem.

Same problem.
We changed the telephone and still cannot hear the interlocutor on the landline. We restarted the system but it doesn’t work.

Can someone from Swisscom help us?
