Have you already reset the TV-Box and if that doesn’t help, try resetting the Internet box?

Internet access is approximately 50/20MB

Have you been having these interruptions for a long time? Is there another switch connected between the TV-Box and the router? Did you connect the TV-Box directly to the TV or another receiver in between?
