The app is called “Internet browser”: http://tv.blue.ch
But remember, you still need an internet connection abroad to view your recordings; offline on the PC is not possible

Tenero Ticino roaming disabled, message not available abroad?
the question is not very clear 🤔 what is the problem related to the subject of the article
**TERM_0__ abroad: watch your recordings on the app
Tenero is located in Ticino, the Swisscom network is available there
Coverage, fiber optic, radiation network cards | Swisscom
If the problem is located abroad (outside Switzerland):
- With WhatsApp or another similar App and roaming disabled
you must have reliable and available WiFi, then connect to it
If SMS messages do not come through:
- they must be activated depending on the model of mobile phone used:
To do this, open the Connected Mobile, go to Settings > Features > Messages and enable the toggles to: Allow this app to display text messages from my phone.

So the fact is that you can watch (quasi) LIVE broadcasts via the Apple TV-Box… with just ONE MINUTE delay; Here is a “typical” example:
The SRF1 Tagesschau from 7:30 p.m., which is currently NOW from the beginning, ie. at THIS moment, live begins.
1)
Press PRECISE at this current CH time on the above broadcast = “Watch”
2)
Now choose the first option:
“Look at”
> Error message appears:
“Not available abroad”
3)
Now wait ONE minute (can even be a little less) and then:
4)
Choose second option:
“Look from the beginning”
So now this live broadcast will be with
only transmitted with a SINGLE minute delay (i.e. at 7:31 p.m.), or according to the corresponding waiting time under “3)”!
By the way, the Apple TV-Box is connected to the Internet here via a local provider and WITHOUT a VPN.

Or it just doesn’t work offline again!!! and you have to register the app via hotspot and only then can you continue watching offline.not ideal abroad.
Until Swisscom has fixed this, it may take some time again. Like over Christmas, it took four calls before they realised that there really was a fault. I just wonder why it always works with Netflix
