Introduction of a prepaid mobile in the customer area
Good morning,
I would like to enter a new mobile number in the customer area.
When I click “Next” I invariably get the following message:
Temporary technical problem, please try again later.
Problem-ID: mymobile-0b153710102900
The problem has been going on for a few weeks now.
Please let me know what the problem is and how to resolve this little problem.
