Thanks for your tip but event on demand I want to buy individual games and not take out a subscription.

Empoli-Cagliari costs 7.50 chf today

what does cr7 have to do here?

the price is not justified.

swisscom will feel this.

Maybe at the beginning of the season many people will think without me, but at some point the fans will pay as is usually the case. Certainly the prices have nothing to do with CR7.

There will also be a price increase for the InONE packages with the S subscription. Although you get more performance, the price increases by 5 or 6 per month. I don’t think that’s correct either. I deliberately chose the S subscription because I don’t need more performance and now I have to pay more for something that I don’t want or need. Swisscom has brought me to the point where I’m looking for alternatives. And I’ve already found it. Something doesn’t seem to be working at all with Swisscom’s communication with customers.

Hello

where did you find this link and why doesn’t swisscom communicate transparently 🤔

It would be more customer-friendly if Seisscom communicated this to all customers from the start.

The current way of communication is just irritating!

You can also keep your existing subscription and price and enter an explicit opt-out.

Here is the direct link:

I would actually have found an explicit opt-in better if there had been a price increase, but at least there is an opt-out.

And again the customer has to take action himself. It’s not the first time. 😕

I assume Swisscom will write to every customer and inform them. The announcement of the faster and sometimes more expensive subscriptions only came out on August 17, 2018.

I’ve already bought Serie A games (e.g. Napoli-Milan) in the new season for Fr. 7.50, and that definitely backfires. When I see that you can rent Sky and DAZN for Fr. 12.90 per month (!), Fr. 7.50 per game is downright exorbitant. Worst of all, the Italian commentator is absolutely embarrassing, makes countless mistakes and can’t pronounce the players’ names correctly. Martens instead of Mertens, Kouliboly instead of Koulibaly, Hysei instead of Hysai and that throughout the entire 90 minutes. Just embarrassing.

Teleclub is on the decline, I predict the end of Teleclub in a few years, at least as far as the sports sector is concerned, fortunately it has new and powerful international competition.

Teleclub’s quasi-monopoly of the last few decades has finally fallen. With this in mind, we look forward to cheaper sporting events and higher quality commentators soon…
