Hello, after switching on the TV, selecting TXT via the remote control does not work. First I have to select “TV Guide”, then press “OK”. Then calling TXT on the remote control works. This procedure is repeated every time the TV is restarted. I’ve already reset the router and TV-Box, but to no avail. Does anyone know this problem? Thanks!

By “turning on the TV” I assume you mean the box, not the TV set (?). It would be good if you described whether the problem occurs all the time or only sometimes, whether it depends on the channel and which box you have (HD or UHD). I can’t understand the problem on my UHD box. From standby or after reboot, as soon as the (last selected) channel appears on the TV screen and I press the TXT button, teletext also appears. At least on SRF1 and ARD where I checked it.
