Channel list can no longer be mutated

In my own channel lists, Teleclub channels simply disappeared.

In addition, I can no longer mutate the channel lists.

There is no indication from Swisscom that there is a problem.

I’m slowly but surely getting angry and am slowly considering switching to another provider.

Unfortunately, this problem has been going on for a long time…
And if you had looked on the help page, you would have seen that Swisscom published this.

You are free to choose your provider

Sure, something isn’t working at Swisscom and the person making the complaint is being attacked. Will I ever live to see that for the crap that Swisscom pumps out, Swisscom will also get it? It’s probably easier to blame the person asking the question. I really don’t understand this community sometimes. And then a cheeky comment about choosing a provider afterwards - great and helpful answer…

According to Swisscom, the problem has been solved since Friday.

Unfortunately, still not quite. Every time the channel list is saved, the sorting is messed up, but fortunately it is not saved (that was the case for me).

That means, simply call up another channel list and then switch back to the one you want to edit. You will then see the list as it was before you saved with “Save changes”.

It’s not a final solution, but at least you can create the channel list again as you wish.

Tip: Works with backup channel lists.

Good luck with that.

Unfortunately nothing has been solved because I had the same problem with a channel list last night.

Suddenly most of the channels were no longer in the right position.

I find the whole thing quite tedious. A simple stability would be very desirable.

A call was made to Swisscom

General question: Is the problem really solved? So the channel list doesn’t really work for me yet. I can put the channels (especially Teleclub, but also others) in my row and when I save, the save symbol rotates forever - at some point I close my browser (and I have tried with several different browsers). The stations are not saved. And if it happens that the saving process was “completed”, then the next time I open the channel list again, the channels that I had supposedly saved will disappear again… So somehow I have the impression that there are Something is still not going right… If anyone has tips: Thank you.

Before I adapt my existing channel list and make changes there, I created a new channel list (name = backup_date). So I’m on the safe side that if my mutation doesn’t work again, I’ll have my old channel list again. I’m not entirely sure whether Swusscom really solved the problem.

I would basically like to do that - and I have created one, no, two new lists and after a certain amount of time (very different, by the way) stations that have already been recorded and saved are suddenly gone again or, even better: when I save again, they turn the “Save” symbol forever - all you have to do is close the browser. Well, I’m resigning now and will now ignore all the advertisements about how easy and great it is to set up the channel lists yourself and just work or watch TV with the Swisscom channel list, which has no logical order at all. At least it works. Maybe the thing with the channel lists will be fixed somehow and somewhere at some point and maybe we as end users will find out about it one day… Who knows… Solved and yet not solved.
