I noticed that since yesterday my list of channels that I had created according to my preferences is no longer correct and many channels are missing. This is both on the two TVs, in the SwTV application and also when I enter the customer area under channel management. I hope it’s a temporary problem.
Hello, as I haven’t said, I found the answer in the French language forum, it seems that there are some problems after the last update of the channels by swisscom and several people were “affected”, we have to wait and everything should go back to how it was before.
