Good evening everyone,

It is possible to test the following workaround to modify the list of channels from your Customer Center:

With your TV-Box turned off, log in to your Customer Center and make the changes. Then, log out of the Customer Area and turn on your TV-Box. Changes should be taken into account.

Thank you in advance for your feedback.

Good morning

Yesterday morning at my house everything worked perfectly. I was able to put everything back in order.

On the other hand, I saw that a disturbance announcement was sent out at the beginning of the afternoon.

Good day

I confirm: the page must be refreshed after saving any modification to the order of the channels. There is no need to log out.

Curious method, which I experimented with by chance!

Good day

Good morning,

January 26, 2017, channel list still does not work, changes are not taken into consideration. I replace and repeat, moreover loss of channels which were very well established previously. Considerable waste of time. I am appalled to see that this has been going on for months. I’m thinking of testing a workaround called competition….

Found a competition that has the ability to change the order of channels in its customer area. Good luck!

Ps It works well for me, I just retested just now following the workaround order. Everything ok

Good evening,

I also did the test by turning off the router and the Swisscom box to be sure that there was no interference with these two boxes.

My first trip was done correctly. So I tackled the French channels… Second backup always ok…

Confidently, I continued my tidying up and after having done a certain number of them I said to myself… let’s make a backup, you never know….

Pa…ta…tra…. the famous circle re-appeared and my chains came off en masse…

In summary…. “STATU QUO” as far as I’m concerned.

It is true that we are approaching 11 weeks of outage.

Hopefully programmers will see the end of the tunnel soon. Courage.

Good evening

Don’t forget to come back to this forum to give us a report on the advantages and disadvantages of your other supplier.:smileywink:

Good morning,

Managing the order of channels in the customer area is not vital, but a very practical feature and especially useful when new channels arrive, for example.

Swisscom should plan a commercial gesture for loyal and patient customers, following the permanent lifting of the inconvenience.

As for competition, the grass is always greener elsewhere.

Best regards

Hello everyone, has anyone already tried to modify their channel list since the disruption was lifted this afternoon? Because I do…. And when we make the changes it works every other time…. Let me explain: the changes on managing the channels that I made, i.e. checking the missing channels and putting the channels according to my list of favorites are done but random = every other time and when I watch on TV if the positions are the same as in the customer area well no!!!!!!

This time I’m fed up Swisscom has called me twice because of this problem so if he calls me again I’m going to ask for compensation for the loss of time… we have better things to do than to do tests which do not work!!!!!! Where then should we always turn off the box and the TV????? If so we go back to the AGE OF STONE!!!!!

Thank you in advance for your feedback. Greetings

I’m trying again right now and now when I click on a channel which is at pos 233 and I put it at pos 21 it works but when I click on save modification, the channel goes back to the position pos 233????? And all the channels that I checked were unchecked!!!!!!!

NEWS FROM SWISSCOM, THANK YOU and report current disruptions……..

HAPPY WEEK

Hello Maldives7 and hello everyone,

Have you tried using the F5 key? This should now work as the issue is reported to be resolved.
