Nothing to do with the breakdown! The customer accepted the solution to this outage in this case the contributor @fcarrasco who accepted the answer given by @NathalieSI Community Manager

@sergev I would rather say weeks… Well there were the 2 weeks of vacation between 2, but it’s still starting to get really long since December 9… The list of default channels of Swisscom is really not practical to use, the French channels are scattered all over the place, in short it’s hard to find your way around!
I don’t want butter and…but only a system that works.
Of course there can be problems but you have to remain professional:
Swisscom is paid and claims to be No. 1.
I really wonder why you accept all the dysfunctions…and especially those that drag on?
the forum, as mediocre as it is, is the only possibility to express yourself:
the 0800… surely has enough to do!
