So yes, everything is in order, but the case has destabilized more than one. Basically, we simply had to configure the router as an ADSL router (since we are still using ADSL here), something that is done less and less and even less with an internet box. So a technician came… to quickly call the call center who was responsible for changing the router mode, since technically everything was ok (he had a ticket that the line was crossed…). I will also give you the details of the serial number of the internet box, the color of which no one has ever seen.

It’s good that it’s resolved, afterward it’s true that it’s been a lot of time for a technical problem which should have caused Swisscom to tilt, even if apparently it’s rare, in 5 contacts and 5 months, no one has find. (I called again last night because I felt that having a technician come on site was not absolutely necessary). As a result, the internet box has doubled the reception speed of this good old ADSL on this old line, all’s well that ends well.

In any case, thanks to the forum, it’s easier to follow a problem as such here, rather than re-explaining everything each time.
