Cable alimentation box 4K

  • I lost my power cable for my 2nd TV with the small 4K box. Do the Swiscom Shops only sell the power cable?

    Since the internet problem of September 7 the image is frozen when I turn on the TV I have to turn off the Box and sometimes do a reset, I tried everything turn off the Internet Box then the UHD Box turned on the internetbox then the Box UHD but still the same, the Quick Gheck tells me an error in the UHD Box I don’t see what else to do

    Yes I even turned off the internet box then the UHD Box turned the internet box back on and then the UHD box I also reset both and since an internet cut by cablex which isolated the wires from where the internet problem and after the UHD box
