Apple currently does not have any detailed information about delivery times. As soon as more precise information is available, we will specify the waiting times and update them regularly. So I was told by Apple that a contract extension is possible directly in the Apple Store. However, at the prices that are on “the Swisscom website”. Unfortunately, I only see the loyalty subscription I have already ordered and not the regular renewal prices.

Swisscom has just confirmed to me again that this works with the loyalty offer at Apple 🙂

I extended the NATEL® infinity 2.0 M subscription and ordered an iPhone 7 Plus 256GB Jetblack. According to Swisscom, pay CHF 589 with a loyalty offer.

As a guideline if you want the same phone. But then I still get 230.– for my old phone, which is why I only pay 359 🙂

@MightyNicM I spoke to Swisscom on the phone this morning and it was confirmed that I will also receive the loyalty offer if, for example, I get the model I want in the Apple Store. Afterwards I spoke to an employee at the Apple Store on the phone and he confirmed it to me. When I spoke to the store in Wallisellen on the phone an hour ago, this was confirmed to me again. So you can also enjoy the contract extension in the Apple Store. All you need to do is call Swisscom to cancel the order.
