How to reduce text size

In fact it’s on the television that it does this to me - all Swisscom content is enlarged - But impossible to find where to return to the same as before under option (white remote control) there is nothing corresponding and reset to original settings hasn’t changed anything 😕

So I’m going to dig into the problem on that side thank you I had already tried via the menu of the TV remote control (Samsung) but found nothing to zoom and I also thought that it came from the other because it was good the Swisscom remote control that I had in hand when this problem occurred so perhaps it was a coincidence

That’s what I said, I can’t find anywhere to solve this problem. I really looked everywhere and on my 3 remote controls! (Swisscom + that of the television) and all the options menus etc… I wonder if it’s not a bug 😕

Check if the resolution of your screen has changed or perhaps look at the subtitles if there are settings

to change

On the Samsung remote control there is generally a direct button “P.size” or something like that. It’s not from the menus anyway.

From the Swisscom box it is impossible to change the size, everything is done directly from the television.

I think it was a BUG because the problem resolved itself as if by magic after several days everything finally returned to normal… Hopefully this won’t happen again because there is no no parameter for this setting or at least it is well hidden! At least the positive thing was that now I know everything about my remote controls 😕

There’s no point looking for a zoom in Swisscom TV: There isn’t one!

There is no point in looking for a zoom in your television because the image is not zoomed, only the texts of the Swisscom TV menus are enlarged!

There is only one solution:

1) Turn off your Swisscom TV (the small box next to your TV) using the button on the back
2) Wait a few seconds (10?)
3) Turn on the box again
4) Wait for the system to reactivate (several seconds (20?))
5) Press for example the OK button on the remote control
6) Realize that everything is back to normal.
