We are very dissatisfied. We were promised a form that we should fill out. Never arrived. We wanted to change the address so that the cell phone number also goes to the same address! At the same time, we discovered that our new email address didn’t work, even though we reset everything as they wanted. This is very annoying. Please change that. On March 23, 2016, I went to Les Eplatures in La Chaux-de-Fonds because I had lost my cell phone (Emporia brand) with a prepaid card. I was well informed and I really appreciated the return of the virtual sum on my new laptop, same brand. The only criticism to make to you: why not have a branch in town, I live on the other side of town and don’t have a car.

Yesterday’s switch from ISDN with SME Office to My SME Office M with TV 2.0 was carried out by the Swisscom technician with good technical expertise and very quick work. His willingness to respond to our questions and requests was exemplary. In finding each other we were served with complete satisfaction. Thank you very much.
N.B. We are enthusiastic about the product solution and it convinces us. New from 2017; as a small SME with an office in-house.
After several telephone inquiries/complaints, a service technician (Mr. Fernandes) visited us yesterday. He very friendly asked about our complaints, measured the cables and found them to be OK.
Since he couldn’t solve the problem, he called it a few days ago. The TV box sent to the service (8088800800) was replaced and replaced with a new device. Lo and behold, it works.
We would like to thank Mr. Thank you Fernandes and the various consultants on the phone for their friendly and patient answers.

In case of disruptions - and we’ve had these a lot lately - the people on number are 0800800800
very helpful, friendly and patient. But the one sent to us yesterday was absolutely top class
Technician Petra Roth. She took on our problem in a very friendly and competent manner and didn’t let up until our internet and thus also the landline telephone connection and TV were working properly again.
The iPhone purchased in January 2017 is completely unusable, which was discovered in your customer service center. Service was friendly and competent. I was given a replacement iPhone until the new device was ready. I expect that I will be helped with the installation of the new device or that certain apps will be loaded again.

He is extremely competent and he was able to give me access to Swisscom,
produce shortly.
It was very easy for me to switch to Swisscom because UPC Cablecom
blocked for 6 weeks.
They made me believe that I would have the bills for two months
not paid, but I was able to prove with receipts that these invoices were paid!
They couldn’t even find my payment receipt…

The advice from Ms. Spiess was very good. We got a longer return time from 3 to seven days and it’s even cheaper (from 109.00 to 100.00 francs per month).
The trigger was an advertising letter that said we now had larger capacities, which is not the case for us.
