Network error only on Facebook app

Hello everyone

I’ve been having problems with the Facebook app for some time now. The message “Network error” appears every time, but only when I’m on the move or in the Swisscom network - it works wonderfully with WLAN. I don’t have such problems with any other app (including FB Messenger)…

I’ve already tried resetting the network settings to see if it helps - unfortunately without success.

Can anyone help?

What kind of device do you use?

Android, Apple or what?

Did you update the app before the error occurred?

It seems to have worked before…

I thought the error occurred relatively shortly after updating to the latest iOS version.

I had already deleted the app (then) and reinstalled it…
