Thanks for the tip.
I’ve been using the second box for a year (only rarely - but still).
What’s also special is that suddenly some planned recordings appear (on channels that I never actually watch - not to mention the show)

Was the same box assigned to two connections?

Today while watching TV the activation message again. (Like yesterday) only a hard reset of the INet box helped (with subsequent registration on the SC site). I hope I don’t have to do this every day…

If you have activated the TV 2.0 box, can you watch TV on both TV 2.0 boxes at the same time?

When I turn it on, I get the message that I have to choose which box I want to deactivate.
Both boxes then work in parallel.

This looks like an activation problem at the headquarters, but it’s strange that both TV 2.0 boxes work. Is it of any use in this case for someone to come by?

Well, this technician can then contact the technology department directly on site about the activation.

Maybe someone is moving into your house and has listed you as the previous tenant.
Or someone was messing around with the UP.

I had to pair each time after resetting the IB. In other words, it doesn’t last - unfortunately…

No, unfortunately no glass.

But a box doesn’t show all channels - which reinforces my suspicion that the serial number of the box was assigned to two connections - or something like that (I don’t know the links in the background)

There will probably be a real mix-up with your Anschluss.

It is not normal for the router to have to be re-paired again after a reset if the router has not been replaced.

That the STB was not recognized on Anschluss, or Having to log in again and again is definitely not normal either.

The technician should then find the right contact person so that everything gets back to normal.

Aaaaasoooo
The technician was with me for around 2 hours and spoke to various SC technicians on the phone.
Problem: I had “paired” a box that wasn’t with me. Somehow the connections were mixed up.
But I’m afraid my photos are gone - everything is empty 😞
Maybe something can still be saved, but it’s black…
