I’m in Vancouver right now trying to order the iPhone 6. After the first 30 minutes I came to the selection page for the first time. But I’m not getting anywhere at the moment. The page hangs when “configuration” occurs. The same every time! You (Swisscom) know that there is always a huge rush! Why is this ignored?

I asked yesterday that this “registration” is not an order.
Or have you received an order confirmation?
Also, how do you want to get the iPhone with a contract extension from the Mobilezone online shop?
How are they supposed to know whether you are entitled to the so-called loyalty offer? They are not connected to the Swissoom servers…

Mobilezone is only a seller or dealer.
If you sign a contract or something else in their store, it has to find its way into the Swisscom servers.
And because of the contract extension, have you registered with Mobilezone somewhere using your Swisscom login or something similar? How are they supposed to know that you are entitled to extend the subscription?
But what the heck, my order confirmation just came in XDDD
