Hello, I really need help because I can hardly read my emails anymore. In fact, the characters on the home page are already so small that I almost need a magnifying glass. I tried to figure out how to enlarge the characters, but to no avail. The only ones that I am able to enlarge are those of the emails that I write.
Please help me
Chris
Good morning,
I see this morning that DocSafe has received a new interface.
There is, however, a bug: the comments I made before are no longer visible when you click on the “Comments” button.
On the other hand, they were included, because when I type a keyword in the search box, I obtain the list of documents which contain this word in my comments.
Another thing, I find the list of documents less practical/readable than before. I liked having the Date, Designation and Author on a single line.
THANKS.
It’s all in the FAQ:smileywink:

Which companies can send me documents directly in Docsafe?
Swisscom is currently negotiating with various partners who will in future send documents directly to Docsafe.
We will know more in the coming months, patience:smileytongue:
Once again, WP users are being neglected. No access by a WP on Docsafe. As usual Swisscom prefers iPhone apostles and Android aliens. Subscriptions with Windows Phone are simply disadvantaged, because certain services are not developed for WP. It’s as if Swisscom sells three brands of automobiles, collects a subscription for certain services, but one brand receives nothing at all. Where is the surplus value?
Good morning
We are in discussions with several companies about if and when they want to provide documents for their customers directly through Docsafe. However, it certainly helps private clients wishing to receive documents directly in their Docsafe. Please ask your service provider.
Thanks for your help.
Greetings, Dieter
Good morning,
I entered quite a few comments in my documents when it was still the old interface.
These comments help me find documents using the Search function.
Since the new interface, there are 2 bugs:
- Old comments are no longer visible. But they are still somewhere, because the Search still works.
- The search does not find comments entered in the new interface.
THANKS.
Hello stephh,
You can contact Docsafe Support by email at this address: support.docsafe@swisscom.com
We wish you a very good end of the day.
Cordialement
This is a known error from the old UI. The new menu will be launched this afternoon. The old “Note” input field will be added, with the functionality that only the document owner can edit.
The new input field (unlimited number per document, can also be used for the observing user) will not be searched in the search field.
Good morning,
I sent my comment to support. No response to date…
I see that today Search is still unable to find the keywords entered in the “Comments” field, despite the update of 2.
Edit: I didn’t see this sentence “The new input field (unlimited number per document, can also be used for the observer user) will not be searched for in the search field.” But what’s the point? serves Research if it searches nowhere? I really don’t understand…
Without this Search, DocSafe is useless for me…
The best of the best would be if the search could be done directly in the PDF.
THANKS.
I discovered this service yesterday.
After a few tests I was generally satisfied with the service but it could still be much improved.
Here is a list of points which in my opinion require improvement.
1. The ability to create subdirectories, I didn’t understand why this wasn’t a sine qua non feature and why it wasn’t already available. This is the most important thing in document classification.
2. Sending documents in your docsafe by several e-mail addresses such as: private and teacher. Management by white list, I don’t think I’m the only one to use several addresses.
3. Automatic management of new documents automatically imported by email or other, by a system of rules, which can include several criteria such as “sender, keywords, etc” in order to automatically classify it in the right folder.
4. Have the possibility of having a local synchronized copy of your DocSafe on your PC. This will greatly facilitate the editing of certain documents using tools such as Office or other programs.
Good day.
Claric
Thank you very much Claric for taking the time to send us this list, and to everyone else for your contributions here.
- Subdirectories: As a health insurance invoice cannot be in the “bills” and “health” folders at the same time, we would like to replace the folders with the “tags” system. But apparently, you users are used to using folders and perhaps also for you it is important to maintain the same structure as on your HD. However, the Subdirectories are on the work list for an upcoming release. This represents an improvement, we’ll let you decide…
- Multiple Emails: This is also on the list, a little further down. To achieve faster email sending functionality, we had given up on managing multiple emails. But it will be added.
- Automatic management: a truly intelligent system is really difficult to establish. We looked at a few solutions, but none convinced us. Your comment and suggestion will be used to redefine the proposal.
- Sync: I have a question. In your opinion, the synchronization should be automatic (in the background), or can it be started with authorization each time? I’m asking you, because automatic sync will need the key to decrypt the documents.
Have a nice day and A+
Stefan
There should be an effective keyword search system.
Nothing works there, to the point that DocSafe is not really useful to me. Indeed, what’s the point of storing things if you can’t find anything later?
The search should even be able to be done in the PDF (as long as it is not a scanned image of course!)
