Thank you for the quick reply. Is there already a time horizon? A tricky question, I know… 🙂

As soon as a certain date is known we will communicate it. We’re staying tuned:smileyhappy:

“You can’t call this number.”

I bought the “+Switzerland” data package today and am now trying to make calls from the app. Unfortunately without success. What else do you have to do to make this work?

briefly the most important thing:

ATTENTION: If you buy an iO package it can take a maximum of 24 hours until your iO client is activated.

OK, it works now. Had to wait 5 hours until the data packet was activated. You may want to note this on the receipt. Thank you very much for the quick answers!

Hello

I (Android) deleted io. My wife (Android) has io with the +Switzerland package.

Now when she calls me via io, it rings on hers - on mine

But nothing happens over the phone.

Shouldn’t it now ring via the “real” mobile telephone network?

I then installed io again and then the message immediately came:

“IO: missed call”

I don’t want to use io anymore for the time being, but I would still be happy if my wife could still reach me.:smileywink:

How can I delete my io account? What can I do?

Please tell me your mobile number and I will initiate the deletion of your iO account.
p.s. Your wife can already reach you by not starting the call via the telephone receiver symbol in iO, but by clicking on the line with your mobile number in your iO contact

Is the contribution of CHF 25.00 for unlimited international calls meant per month or yearly?

Installationen, Netzwerk, Internet, Computertechnik, OS Windows, Apple und Linux.

I have an Infinity M subscription and wanted to try out the +Switzerland option because it should be free with this subscription. Unfortunately, none: the +Switzerland package also costs €20 with the Infinity M subscription…what a shame!

Is this a known bug and when will it be fixed?

This should actually come automatically. You don’t have to “buy” it.

Have you tried calling a landline number?

Dear Swisscom,

Unfortunately, after activating it via the WLAN, I discovered that the +Switzerland and +Europe package was not activated automatically. I have a Natel business Infinity L package (including a foreign flat rate)…

It would be very nice if you could customize this.

Thanks in advance, JK

Ask:

I have an HTC One X and i.o installed.

Problem statement:

I don’t see a new message in the status bar of my smartphone. Where can I activate this on the HTC One X?

Show original language (German)

Thanks for the tip: it’s been active since the installation.

I read the following information in (iO Help): We are aware of the problems with the HTC One XL and Samsung Galaxy S3-mini mobile phones; we therefore do not recommend using iO on these devices.

Does this really affect the HTC One x too?

Since the HTC One

If you don’t care too much about the current chat history, try removing/uninstalling iO completely and reinstalling it again. And then check whether the check mark is set correctly.

There used to be frequent problems with push notifications, but this has improved dramatically after the updates.

From a One X in the family, I can say that this device currently works without any known problems. But this doesn’t have to apply to all HTC One X.

If Rumpli’s hint doesn’t help you, I would recommend you contact someone from the iO team.
