Thank you for the quick reply. Is there already a time horizon? A tricky question, I know… 🙂
As soon as a certain date is known we will communicate it. We’re staying tuned:smileyhappy:

I bought the “+Switzerland” data package today and am now trying to make calls from the app. Unfortunately without success. What else do you have to do to make this work?

Hello
I (Android) deleted io. My wife (Android) has io with the +Switzerland package.
Now when she calls me via io, it rings on hers - on mine
But nothing happens over the phone.
Shouldn’t it now ring via the “real” mobile telephone network?
I then installed io again and then the message immediately came:
“IO: missed call”
I don’t want to use io anymore for the time being, but I would still be happy if my wife could still reach me.:smileywink:
How can I delete my io account? What can I do?

Please tell me your mobile number and I will initiate the deletion of your iO account.
p.s. Your wife can already reach you by not starting the call via the telephone receiver symbol in iO, but by clicking on the line with your mobile number in your iO contact

Dear Swisscom,
Unfortunately, after activating it via the WLAN, I discovered that the +Switzerland and +Europe package was not activated automatically. I have a Natel business Infinity L package (including a foreign flat rate)…
It would be very nice if you could customize this.
Thanks in advance, JK

Have you already looked at this link?

The following should help you: In the menu of an HTC One device, select “Settings” > “Apps” > “Swisscom iO” > and check the “Show notifications” box.
Many questions should be answered with the iO Help.
There used to be frequent problems with push notifications, but this has improved dramatically after the updates.
From a One X in the family, I can say that this device currently works without any known problems. But this doesn’t have to apply to all HTC One X.
If Rumpli’s hint doesn’t help you, I would recommend you contact someone from the iO team.
