Zapping

    • When I skip, I can no longer go in the order of increasing/decreasing channels. I go from 5 to 29 then 36. On the other hand, when I turn on channel No. 6, it’s OK and I can see it. By taking the next channel, I come across number 29 but number 7 still exists.

    I restarted the box, turned off the box for 3 minutes and reconfigured a few channels via the customer area.

    In vain.

    You have to check that you don’t skip to your favorites list.

    “Menu” key -> “Favorites” -> select “All channels” and confirm with the “Ok” key

    Normally you will now be able to zap normally.
