Remote control and TV Box

Hello

  • It’s a certainty: a certain remote will only work with a certain TV Box!
    I had a bitter experience of this after receiving a remote that wouldn’t work ideally with my TV Box 3!
    Nobody had warned me when I bought it! (Thanks to the “pros” at Swisscom!).
    Hence a series of annoyances, irritations and hassles of all kinds!
    Now, thanks to the purchase of Box 5, everything is back to normal.
  • (Just a minor problem, there seems to be a slight colour problem, but I’m going to sort that out on my TV set.
  • I’ll fix that on my TV.
  • Thanks again to all those who made me aware of the problem here and helped me!

Freimmientis36 Unfortunately, the support team is made up of “office gumshoes” and not technicians from outside with practical and technical knowledge. It’s better to ask questions here than to be annoyed by false statements. The crystal ball usually works for us mentors 😆.

      That’s right! There are real specialists here! And I’m full of admiration for their knowledge.
      When I read certain explanations between correspondents with lots of technical terms, references, etc… I feel very small…
      I’ve already received a lot of good advice here and in this particular case, I should have followed it more quickly.
