Skype call to my fix line gets a do not disturb message

Hello, I have a Skype account set up under my cell number. When I Skype call my fix line I get a do not disturb message. Caller ID has been activated in Skype which should show my cell number. When I call my fix line directly from my cell number the call goes through and is not blocked. Can anyone help? I don't find a 'block Skype calling' in my Call Barring which I may have accidentally activated.

Have you tried to deactivate the Callfilter option in your My Swisscom account?

I just spent some time on the hotline as I activated third party providers and it didn't change a Skype call getting the do not disturb message, it still does. They informed me this functionality has a technical problem at the moment and is not working as it should. They suggested to keep trying over the next few days. So during this process we tested removing the various call filters and that did not solve the problem either. I suggest everyone who has this issue speak to the technical hotline (I was transferred 3 times) to let them know it is not functioning correctly.

In the Swisscom Cockpit, you'll find an option that might explain why a Skype call can be blocked in the anonymous call filter 🤔

Cockpit > Settings > Call settings

Swisscom is taking technical measures against the improper display of telephone numbers. If you make your Swisscom number available to a third-party provider for display purposes, this may result in the number being suppressed for calls to the Swisscom network. If you activate the number display via third-party providers, you waive the aforementioned protection against misuse.

Yeah. I've been thinking it's just one more reason to get rid of the fixline and only keep the cell. A home phone is outdated. They can Skype on my cell. When it can't be fixed ~ give up. 😂
