Unauthorised changes to billing process

I did not receive September 2016 bill. Chased several times and now imformed that the system changed the billing cycle to 2 months without request or notification. No one has been able to explain why this changed.

Even if I wanted to use E-bills I can't as I don't have a September invoice. Not helpful

It's only now been changed back to the original setting, but now I have to wait until the combined bill is issued before I can request a revised bill to show September and October separate. I have TVA to address and therefore want to have them seperate for ease of calculation.

Why must I wait and why can't Swisscom stop such changes without client authorization. Very un-client service.

Can anyone fix this now Vs me having to wait 10 days and then have to call and wait again for someone to do what should not have been interefered with in the 1st - WASTING MY TIME in the process??

Have you ever been in " Customer Center " => " Bills & costs " => "Bills "?

At the swisscom home page, click on the right corner up, " Customer Center ". The icon cercled and pointed in red.

Log on with your Swisscom Login. If you don't have it yet, set up one clicking on "Setting up Swisscom Login"

When you logged-on to " Customer Center " choose "Bills" from menu colomum on left hand of the page,

After clicking on the traiagle pictograme for "show&hide", each bill and statement can be seen and dowloaded clicking on PDF icons, shown here cercled and pointed in red.

Thanks for the tip, but I'm familar with the on-line tools and had had done all of what you advised before contacting the helpdesk to ask why my settings were changed to bi-monthly invoices without prior notice, permission or notification. I'm told I can't have the TVA advice until the incorrect bill is issued during November in order to get the monthly breakdown.

So I wait until the wrong invoice is sent in order to contact again to get it corrected.

Unless someone at Swisscom can give be a clear explaination why such unauthorised changes occur or why i have to wait another 10 days to get what should be easily available.
