Hi TN Thanks for the tip, but I'm familar with the on-line tools and had had done all of what you advised before contacting the helpdesk to ask why my settings were changed to bi-monthly invoices without prior notice, permission or notification. I'm told I can't have the TVA advice until the incorrect bill is issued during November in order to get the monthly breakdown. So I wait until the wrong invoice is sent in order to contact again to get it corrected. Unless someone at Swisscom can give be a clear explaination why such unauthorised changes occur or why i have to wait another 10 days to get what should be easily available.
