Replay and recording

Dear supporters
A few days ago I activated Replay again as a test customer, but the clock symbol does not appear for the programs and I cannot use Replay.
And tonight the recording function doesn’t work. The display text “Show is being recorded” appears, but without the symbol on the STB and it really doesn’t record anything. Please repair quickly.

So everything works normally for me, so it can’t be a general error?

Have you ever switched the TV-Box completely on and off?

Nobody here can fix anything for you?! This is a customer help customer forum.

If the reboot does not bring any improvement, we recommend that you deactivate and activate the replay function again. Since it doesn’t work anyway, waiting isn’t a problem.

Since I activated the replay function and recorded ONE program, I can only see the channel that is being recorded. If I zap away, I get a message that the signal is being used for a recording or a second display in the household. We only have one box and I have already restarted it twice.

Does anyone know a solution?

Well, the problem is that there is no new firmware, so you can’t have an update at all. It was probably more of a reboot…

Of course that can be the case. I simply persuaded the box to download by turning it on and off four times. Nicely, display errors (4:3 instead of 16:9) for certain channels have also been fixed. What’s important to me is that everything works again now.

A simple reboot would probably have been enough.
And the 4:3 problem was fixed at SC. This has nothing to do with the reset either. :smileyvery-happy:

Sorry that I’m only getting in touch now.

Now everything is working perfectly again.

I can’t say whether it was the reboot because I have to do it often because of my wireless connection from the router to the STB. I just turn the stuff off when I don’t need it 🙂

Then it could even be because of this… If the connection is not yet established when you switch on the STB, it may not be able to boot correctly and strange effects may occur. Make sure the router and connection kit are fully booted when you start the STb.
