We’re fetching e-mail messages using a POP3 plugin. Since a few days we’re receiving the following message:

I cannot find a way to contact Swisscom to ask to whitelist our address. The chat function is not working.
How can I get Swisscom to remove our fixed IP-Adress from the blacklist?
