I’m here to express my deep frustration with the constant interruptions to my Internet connection—even though I’m paying for the Swisscom blue Internet L package. Frequently, my connection speed drops to nearly zero, making remote work absolutely impossible. I have to reconnect again and again, which is ruining my studies and even my personal use.
I have already tried reaching out to support, but nothing has been resolved. Now I can’t even schedule a callback, as the support service is unavailable. Honestly, I find this unacceptable given the price and promises of a premium service.
I am attaching a screenshot showing exactly what is happening. According to Swisscom "Smart" Support, my connection is fine! I sincerely hope someone from Swisscom sees this and intervenes, because this is really driving me to my limits.
