I find the new Blue TV fast forward feature erratic. When fast forwarding in my LG TV the feature stops working or rapidly fast forwards in a most erratic manner. This new/upgraded feature does not give a good customer experience and is particularly annoying when watching sports causing large portions of a programme to be missed or it fast forwards to the end missing out large chunks. Please resolve.
