Thunderbird - Duplicate main account after Windows 11 migration

    • The second main account is labeled ***@bluewin.ch(2) - emails come in on both accounts - can I simply delete one of the two accounts without losing everything on the other account - who knows ?

      Thunderbird has the option of creating local folders where you can drag your email into them for security reasons.

      Normally there should be no loss of the email when deleting the second same email account. Importantly, when deleting the second account you will be asked whether the email should be deleted and then you will say no.
