I have a Swisscom esim (the card doesnt exist anymore) and recently changed my device. I wasnt able to transfer the esim from the old to the new device. Can anyone help? As said the physical eSim doesnt exist anymore, on top of that im abroad.

by the way the Hotline can be called also from abroad with +41 800 800800 in case you can’t manage it otherwise.
