Invoice by email

    I would like my invoices to be sent by email from now on. Please no longer charge me for payment at the counter (I would pay directly from my e-finance) as well as the paper invoice.

        Ziodetei71 Hello, you are not at Swisscom but on a forum where customers help customers. We are customers like you, and cannot change anything for you or confirm anything. You can either call the hotline on 0800 800800 to have them change this.
