Swisscom wins “connect” service tests

Dear community

The German trade magazine “connect” named Swisscom the winner of the shop test for the 4th time in a row. Whether equipment, atmosphere, appearance or advice: the Swisscom shops and employees impressed in all categories. They scored points especially with the shop design and the good advice.

The top service quality extends through all channels: online and on the hotline also receive top marks for the service - with My Swisscom App as [best service app](https://www. swisscom.ch/de/about/news/2024/09/06-bester-service-swisscom.html) and the best broadband and Mobile phone hotline.

When was the last time you visited a Swisscom shop? And what was your impression? We look forward to your comment!

Best regards

MicroP

Hello @MirkoP

The last time I was in a Swisscom (POP-UP SHOP) in Ebikon was this summer. To be honest, this was the first visit where I checked carefully whether everything in MySwisscom was still as it should be.

I received a code from Swisscom which had to be shown in the shop. And you could win a (consolation) prize.

However, the MA then wanted to offer me a higher subscription at the same price for 12 months. Blue Mobile L instead of M. When I objected that my device couldn’t use the speed of the L, he said, your iPhone came onto the market in 2019, there are newer and better models. And I really wanted to buy a new device. I then just said my device is still working perfectly and I don’t see the point of buying a new one as long as the old one still works. And ran away.

But basically I’ve never had any problems and the MAs in Lucerne (Bahnhofstrasse) and in the Emmencenter are always top.

My Eltern recently experienced the same thing. In addition, the employee said that at this age you don’t understand anything anyway.

Unfortunately, my Eltern did not write down the name of the gentleman who was happy to sell.

Basically, I’ve always had good experiences in shops

Wow, that’s a cheeky statement from the MA. It’s a shame your Eltern didn’t write down the name of the MA.

I can only say that I had very good experiences with the hotline and partly with the chat. The people on the hotline were always friendly and courteous and solved all of my questions to my complete satisfaction. In my opinion, keep it up!

They are also very friendly and accommodating in Baden, but it is true that sales have to be made and people try to sell something where it is not always necessary or can be solved in another way.

Unfortunately, if you want to convince the “older” people of something that you don’t necessarily need, there is no place for this generation where you can get competent advice.

I myself have a very large circle in my environment where I help users, not only related to Swisscom but also users who have problems and questions with competitors.
