Premier League games not broadcasted by BlueSports, contrary to advertisement

Hi all,

I have a BlueSport annual subscription and wanted to watch Manchester City vs Fulham today for the Premier League. To my disappointment I found out that this was not possible. Only Arsenal vs Southampton was live via the partnership with Canal+.

However, BluePlus states very clearly that we can “benefit from 100% [of the] Premier League” with BlueSport (see image below, from https://www.blueplus.ch/en/sport ).

Therefore I want to know: can I cancel my BlueSport annual subscription without having to pay for the remaining months, since Swisscom is not delivering the product that they promised?

@Jauhuge79 To answer your question: As they did not promise to broadcast each match live, it is very unlikely to cancel the contract, it is clearly stated in your snip that only 60 % are live, if the match of interest does not take part under these, it is no reason to cancel prior to the end of contract period without paying the rest. Nevertheless you can try to contact the Hotline 0800 800800 to discuss that topic.

Thanks for your help, @Black Mamba and @Gaeilgeoir. I didn’t understand exactly what these time-delayed matches were or how to watch them. But because of your help I found out the canal+ program with this link: https://www.programme-tv.net/programme/chaine/programme-canalplus-premier-league-10506.html

The program includes the time-delayed matches. Now I understand how I can watch all the Premier League matches with BlueSport.
