Returning all equipment

    I’d like to return my old router and tv box, I’ve just upgraded. I saw this https://www.swisscom.ch/en/residential/help/data-and-bills/order-return.html#Sending_back_returns=&acc-q4Kd2A%5Bselected%5D%5B%5D=0&tabs-fbb48ac6cb%5Bselected%5D=tab_1613038385923

    however, when I went to a packli punt listed, they looked at me as if I was coming from a different planet, no idea what that was and that I needed a label.

    What did I miss? Would swisscom send me a label?

    • @Keiffioldaung82 The best is, you go to the next Swisscom Shop and give it there, they will take it without label. If you you just to get rid off it, you can go each electonics shop in Switzerland and dispose it there.

    You need to print out the return label and stick it on the package.

    Thanks! But I am technically not “returning” the last thing I installed, but old equipment. Also, not sure I have even return labels for that one anymore.
