Server outgoing emails no longer work

    Since this morning I can no longer send emails. I deleted the account in question in Outlook and wanted to set it up again in Outlook but there is always a problem that the outgoing server cannot be connected. Here in Swisscom I can send and receive via the relevant email account, but not in Outlook. Does anyone have any advice?

    What kind of incoming and outgoing servers have you set in Outlook?

    Show me screenshots of it.

    Outlook has been running smoothly for me with 5 Bluewin mail accounts for >10 years. Even the last change to the Bluewin mail platform didn’t change anything…

      Have you perhaps installed unnecessary security software that often causes problems? (Norton, Mcafee & co)

      So now I have deactivated the McAfee VPN and I was able to set up the email account again and can send again. Later I’ll turn the VPN back on and see if the problem reappears
