My first, and probably last, post as I have cancelled my Swisscom subscription due to often having Wi-Fi speed of less than 1 Mbps, and never more than 5 Mbps plus now Swisscom is increasing the cost of my package!
TWO YEARS ago Swisscom installed a fiber optic cable all the way into my house. However, Swisscom refuses to turn on this service while they prolong a court case over the fees they want to charge other suppliers using their line. When will Swisscom return to having customer service a priority?
