Then is the Swisscom Box Airplay compatible?

Do you mean those?

Yes, the full version costs 7 francs and when I wanted to do something an app came along that costs 10.

The second is this:

In my opinion both apps are unusable.

Thanks for the info. 👍

This saves me time and stress if I don’t have to test these apps myself and can protect myself from the cost trap.

no. the AppleTV Box instead of the Swisscom Box! You can choose which box you want to use for SwisscomTV.

Oh right. Well, I would have to buy it for 169 francs. Don’t know if this is worth it?

So, the update came through quite quickly last night. After a short test, I didn’t notice any problems until then. Google Play still looks quite interesting, let’s see what new things you can do.

@UrsSch @Stefan3 It works well for me so far, sometimes when starting or skipping the intros or summaries it sometimes stalls for a fraction of a second (which I notice less with Apple TV) , and if you have the subscription with advertising, the advertising is usually not in HD, but that doesn’t matter 😉

After everything looked good last night, today after switching on from sleep mode there was no live TV picture. Not even when switching to another channel. (The screen wasn’t completely black, the channel information was displayed) The box was restarted, then everything was ok again. I hope these are “teething problems” and will be ironed out, or it was a one-time thing.

After the update, the Andorid logo appears, then the Swisscom logo, then data still has to be loaded. Starting up now takes a little longer. The response time seems to have improved somewhat.

And yes, everything that is started for the first time is slightly delayed at the beginning. So I couldn’t load the ARD media library at first. Or the Disney app on the box only started jerkily. After switching it on and off a few times it worked normally.

Ultimately, you don’t know what will work automatically… and where you have to do something…

Simply follow the instructions on the TV screen.

98% of the time the update goes through without any problems

….keep on rockin' 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼

What I was just thinking about is that there are also hearing aids that can be connected to your cell phone via BT. Is this also possible with the update on the box since there is a BT connection with headphones
