According to Checker I have:

Download:Max. 475 Mbit/s Upload: Max. 110 Mbit/sApprox. That could be true and actually it’s enough to live on😀

Nevertheless, I ask: Are there also medium and long-term plans for FTTH that are not in the checker?

For normal users, the checker is perfectly fine.

But if you as a property manager want more information you have to inquire at the link below!!

Yes, for example, my network expansion map says that FTTH will be built between 2024 and 2026 (in cooperation), but I can’t find anything about it in the checker yet.
