No, I have one Swisscom login, which I originally opened in 2017, cancelled in 2019, continued using the light email address until August 2023 when I again started a new internet/TV subscription at the same address (ordered and now running though the existing swisscom login etc)
So, the advice in the link you provided doesn't seem to apply? I just need to change the Light to a Basic somehow..
