I can no longer hear/adjust the audio with my remote control. From one day to the next, the words speakers deactivated appeared and I no longer hear anything.

This means you accidentally pressed the Mute button. To restore the sound on the TV, you must press the Mute button again, either from the Swisscom TV Box remote control or from the TV remote control.
