Old emails gone

  • Good morning,

All my old emails have disappeared from my inbox. Impossible to go back before August of this year. How can I get them back? Thank you for your response.

      check available email space

Webmail > Settings > Email > Used disk space

You are using xx% of your disk space (yy KB of zz GB)

if the percentage is too high you need to free up space *

Furthermore, is email consultation only done via Webmail?

another external email program (e.g. on mobile) could be causing the problem

      * Often large attachments occupy an important place in Webmail. To do this, save (Download) these large and important attachments to a local disk. If the text content is important, make the backup of the entire message (Save to disk) -> format.eml. Then delete these messages and at the end don’t forget to empty the trash. If these mail notifications full are repeated too often, it is better to use external messaging for example: Thunderbird (free), Outlook (subscription), disk space will be larger (external volume) Swisscom recommends configuring external email accounts with the IMAP protocol, in this case use Webmail only as a mail server.

No, nothing in the trash or anywhere else. Indeed, I clearly saw that they had disappeared everywhere and my question was to know if there was a way to go back further than the last 3 months because before I could consult all my old emails in my inbox . Even on my sent emails, a whole bunch disappeared!

Hello, during blockages I ask [Swisscom.ContactCenter@Swisscom.com](mailto:Swisscom.ContactCenter@Swisscom.com) to release access to classified emails!

Unless I’m mistaken, it’s a problem with their savings - good luck!

There is no blockage; The subject concerns missing emails from Swisscom servers. In the absence of a miracle solution, no one has a crystal ball to resurrect them.
