When my laptop is using the wifi provided by the wifi access points the max speed I achieve is 10Mbps.
Please connect your laptop directly to the switch port the access point is plugged into and retest (to make sure it’s not a bad cable)
This is consistent with all of the wifi extenders (WLAN-Box2) etc…
How many Wi-Fi extenders do you have? How are they connected to each other? Are you using different brands?
Also do a speedtest with your laptop directly connected to the Internetbox via cable and check, if you can reach the speed defined in the checker for your address.
I am currently suspecting an issue within your network, and not with the internetbooster. To check your internetbooster status:
Open internetbox.swisscom.ch and check the following:
Before the login, click on the checkmark next to “Internet Connection” and check your connection status. It should show two modes, on the left your DSL connection, and on the right the connection from the booster to the mobile network (LTE or NR5GNSA):
After logging in, click on “Internet Booster 5G” on the right-hand site and check the signal strength:
(Hopefully, your 5G will be better than mine 😉)
