Good morning,

I already have 2 televisions which are connected to swisscom tv, I would like to connect a third. Is this possible?

Thank you for your response.

Best regards.

Good morning,

It is possible to take a third TV Box. But it is good to know that you will only be able to watch two different channels at the same time. If a recording is in progress, you will be able to watch a different channel and the recording, unless your internet access is fiber optic, which allows you to have up to 5 different channels at the same time. Only access to this technology is currently restricted to certain areas.

I hope I have informed you, and don’t hesitate if you need more details.

Good morning,

Indeed I installed a third box and as you said I can only watch 2 programs at a time. Now I have a second telephone socket in my apartment, if I install a second modem will it work? If the answer is positive, do I have to make a second subscription to swisscom? Thank you for your response and I wish you a good day.

                                                                                           Jean-Marc

Hello again,

To have a second working modem, you would have to take out a second subscription (activation of a new line), an additional connection fee of 25.35, with a DSL Start subscription at 0 + a abonnement Swisscom TV at 19 or 29 (if you wish have the recording function or not), which makes a total of 44.35 or 54.35. Knowing that you must contact an electrician to find out if you need to install a second line between the connection box of your home and your accommodation, which generates additional costs.

Hoping to have been useful to you, I wish you a pleasant day.

Lorenzo
