The remote control on my Box2 is defective - I received a new remote control from Swisscom.
(seems to be the newer version (white/gray, the old one was just white).
I tried pairing briefly - without success.
So… before I bother myself any further, here’s the question - is the new remote control compatible with the old box?

@flubbe As far as I know, they are not compatible, I think you should call the hotline 0800 800800, the wrong one may have been sent to you, here you can see which box you have and which remote control goes with it (Box2 and Box3 are not official names for the TV boxes):

The box is listed in my portal as TV-Box (UHD) Swisscom tv box 2. Hence the name Box2.
I briefly tried to connect the new FB. Admittedly short, two attempts.
Had a visitor who wanted to watch TV :-). I’ll probably try it with my cell phone.
The old FB has been broken for 6 months - doesn’t bother me much, hardly any time in front of the screen.
