      under “Your products” -> “Landline” -> Customize product":

      Then flip the “I don’t need a landline” switch there and click “continue”.

      You’re in the wrong place here. We are just customers like you here. We cannot adjust anything about your subscription.

      You can cancel your subscription yourself in MySwisscom, see 2 posts above on how to do this.

      Alternatively, you can call the hotline 0800800800

      @Nauzaummetz37 This is a customer help customer forum, we cannot carry out the cancellation and therefore cannot send any messages to you, above it is described how to do this with the cancellation. Alternatively, you can also call the hotline 0800 800800 .
