Blue TV app on Samsung TV doesn’t work

Hi, when I try to watch a channel, web browser pops up and goes to an address starting with imasdk.googleapis.com and nothing loads. Cannot watch any channel. Tried to reinstall the app and still the same. Cannot delete the app by the way, just reinstall button is available.

sorry @Black Mamba, seems you do not understand the question… we are on Samsung Tizen native OS. When we push the Read button on the screen, a Browser appear, with the url already mentioned. Of course the program does not read. It seems that Blue TV just didn’t updated their Samsung’s Tizen App to run correctly this API. Maybe more testing would be appreciated. Now 2 days without TV…

Seems to be a more general problem with the blue TV app 😠

which has also been reported a few times in the English- and German-speaking forum

Is Swisscom aware of the fact that all people running their app on Samsung are unable to read TV for more than a week (my case)? Total Quality Management is something unknown by Swisscom???

A simple word like: “Dear customers, we are aware of the problems caused by our app, our engineers are working on this. PLEASE APOLOGISE”.

I really consider leaving this non customer oriented provider…

you really need to penetrating point out that many others also have this problem and only the Samsung TV are affected. on all other devices it works fine.
and let a trouble ticket open for this error!

switched now to Teleboy free, better quality and much better ergonomy. thanks for those who tried to contact swisscom, but it seems they just do not care…
