It’s getting more and more annoying, it’s promised…paid for (BMW) and it doesn’t work….

Still not working…

I’m guessing that nobody at Swisscom or BMW is really “moving” there. 😡

I’ve had the same problem since January! It doesn’t work and no one is responsible. On my second BMW I no longer chose the accessories… For what they pay 400 Stutz… if they can’t get it to work

In the spring it was called autumn, or 4th quarter, now it is called the end of the year, at the end of the year it will be called the 2nd quarter of 2024, etc.

When I asked BMW and Swisscom in May, they said I was the only one with this problem. When I read the entries in the forum, it seems like a lot of customers are affected…

I wonder whether we can put more pressure together, either at Swisscom or at BMW.

Who have you already had contact with about this?

Swisscom communicated the following on November 9, 2022: For Geschäftskunden with a NATEL® go and MultiDevice subscription, use of the BMW Personal eSIM function will not be available until 2024 at the earliest.

WOW… cool, you don’t get this information from SWISSCOM or BMW. Your own employees are not aware of this… everyone who wrote in the forum received different information.

What would also have been helpful if the salesman at BMW had informed us in detail.

But well, now it’s time to wait and hope AGAIN!!!
