Blue tv app disconnects on Samsung TV

  • I use the Blue TV app on a Samsung The Frame smart TV. For several weeks, the application has disconnected itself and the TV returns to its opening page. You have to restart the application each time.
Who knows how to eliminate this problem?

    THANKS!

    Good morning,

I don’t know about Samsung TVs but could you delete the application? Then turn off the TV, turn it back on and reinstall the application.

    Keep us posted.

.

The model of the TV smart TV Samsung Frame is recent 2021 or 2022

the app blue TV is therefore perfectly compatible with this model

perform a logical restart of the router - Internet-box or other

then test the app blue TV on the Samsung Frame smart TV

    if the problem persists:

    - uninstall the app blue TV

    - turn the TV off and on again

    - reinstall the app blue TV

    - test

details to provide to better target the problem:

    - TV connection mode <-> router: WLAN, Ethernet cable, other?

    - theoretical maximum speed of the internet line available?

please give feedback on the results after the tests

I have the exact same problem on a Samsung M5 TV monitor

.impossible to delete the app which is there “native”.

.everything is up to date app point of view (1.0.7)

.everything is up to date from a Samsung TV point of view

connected via WiFi to internet box 3 up to date

the app clearly has a bug!

I say it once again: it is not possible to delete this app!

Look at the image attached to my message: the “delete” is grayed out and when you try to do what you say “long press ok”, etc
it only opens the app, no other possibility.

The app clearly has a bug, please report this to those responsible.

        I don’t understand what you’re asking here:

When I look for the blue TV app I only have one (see photo) the one that is installed

Furthermore, rather than calling 0800 where no one will understand anything and will roughly ask me to redo everything you suggest above, I suggest that a moderator forward this discussion thread to the technicians directly

There are already two of us having this problem (in my opinion there are many more of us) with recent devices, others will definitely follow [upl-image-preview liId=49503i1A6F6DAF0959F462 alt=app.jpg uuid=706cd108-414e- 4b1c-b329-883192fe48f5]

        Hello @Techiosseu51 and @Domi76

Sorry that you are experiencing this disruption with the blue TV application.

Our specialist was unable to reproduce the error. Please provide additional details:

*after how long does the app log out?

        • does the session disconnect and you have to log in again or “just” restart the application?

Thank you in advance for your feedback

        Cordialement

        - I did a test yesterday during an Italian Serie A match (blue Sports): after 43 min
.normally always between 25 and 45 min of viewing

        - This does not disconnect the session, you just have to restart the app.

        Good morning,

Thank you all for your responses. I was traveling and was therefore unable to respond to you because I did not use blue TV during the week. I will study your comments and try again.

@LeylaG I confirm the same problem as @Domi76:

        - you have to restart the app each time, it disconnects and the TV returns to the opening page

        - operating times vary from around thirty minutes to 1h30 without disconnection

        THANKS.
